Postpartum Fitness Trainer in San Francisco

Fitness Program for Moms

If you’ve recently given birth, your body just did an incredible thing! You’ve already demonstrated an amazing level of strength and resilience, but now it’s time to help your body recover.

Even if you want to rebuild your strength, exercising postpartum can feel overwhelming. Your new child needs time, attention, and care, and you may not know what exercises are safe to do after birth.

As a pre and postnatal certified personal trainer, I make postpartum exercise approachable and safe. With online programming that can be completed on your own schedule and flexible personal training appointments, I can help you feel stronger than ever before.

how can i help?

personal training

AP Wellness Training & Consulting offers San Francisco personal training out of a local CrossFit gym. If you are able to come to in-person sessions, I will be better able to assess your current fitness level and develop a safe and effective workout plan to strengthen your pelvic floor, tone your body, and heal ab separation.

postpartum nutrition

Getting the proper nutrients after birth is more critical than ever. As a certified nutrition coach, I can help you calculate the macronutrients your body needs to continue to heal and thrive. We’ll chat weekly about your sleep, hunger, and energy levels and adjust as needed. Plus, I’ll help you simplify meal planning so you still have plenty of time for your new child.

custom online programming

Online programming is a great option for new moms who either don’t have access to childcare or aren’t ready to leave their baby yet. AP Wellness Training & Consulting creates custom workouts that you can complete on-demand. I’m also accessible via the Trainerize app to answer questions and give feedback.
