I began my career in cardiovascular research at Stanford, where I realized that many of my patients didn’t have the tools to create healthy habits around diet and exercise. Simultaneously, I discovered CrossFit and weightlifting, which allowed me to manage stress in a healthy way and feel better in my own body. AP Wellness Training & Consulting allowed me to pursue my passion for fitness while serving people who want to live healthier, happier lives.

I now hold several certifications in personal training and nutrition and have worked with athletes who compete in bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, and running races all across the country.
