I also make myself available to clients for questions and nutritional advice outside of sessions. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and motivating environment to help you on your fitness journey. I specialize in women’s fitness and hold a certification in pre- and post-natal fitness, but I also accept male clients.

Before we begin personal training sessions, I will guide you through an intake interview where we can discuss your current fitness level and your goals for our time together. Then, during our first session, I will evaluate your strength and endurance levels so that I create workouts that will challenge you while keeping you safe. Each session will last one hour and include power, conditioning, and strength training exercises.

I work out of a gym in San Francisco for in-person training services, but I offer online training that you can do from your home or the gym of your choice.
