online Training FAQs

I usually recommend 1-3 sessions per week for both online and in-person training. You should be getting 2-3 hours of physical activity per week for the best results, but you can complete workouts on your own in between sessions. It will just depend on your comfort level and if you can motivate yourself without the accountability of a training session.

Each training session lasts for one hour and will usually focus on strength, conditioning, and power training.

My prices for one month of custom online workouts range from $300-$600. For a more accurate quote, tell me a bit about your fitness goals and how often you’d like to exercise.

Absolutely! Depending on your sport, at-home training may not be a good option for you. Bodybuilders, for example, will likely want to go to a gym with the proper equipment and spotters, but I can still provide online workouts for you to complete. Plus, online personal training is a great way to throw some cross-training workouts into your fitness routine.

No, I may recommend purchasing some pieces of equipment if I think it will improve the quality of your workouts, but it is not required. I’m happy to work with what you have.

I use an app called Trainerize that allows you to DM me with questions or concerns. The app will also give you access to a bank of healthy recipes and meal-planning guidance, among other resources.

No problem! You may want to finish out your current month of online workouts first, but then we can switch you over to an in-person package. I train out of a gym called CrossFit Golden Gate several times a week.
