At AP Wellness and Consulting, I take a holistic approach to personal training in San Francisco. For me, fitness is more than dropping pounds or building muscle tone. It’s about nutrition, emotional wellness, and building a balanced life. So I create an individualized workout and meal plan for each client that will help YOU get results, whether you can work out for several hours a week or just one.

I use my background in medical research to create fitness strategies based on science rather than the latest fad and will provide the accountability and behavior modification training you need to build healthy habits. In addition, I provide online and in-person training sessions so you can get the work done from wherever you are.

Some days it’s difficult to get motivated. Maybe you want to sleep in instead of working out or have a diet cheat day when you know you shouldn’t. These are the days that you need your trainer to hold you accountable. I am available to answer client questions and provide encouragement even when we don’t have a scheduled session. I will also offer behavior modification techniques that you can use to keep yourself on track.
