I founded AP Wellness Training & Consulting because I realized most people do not have the tools or knowledge to build healthy habits on their own, even if they’d like to. My goal is to be a helpful resource and guide as you start your health journey. I train my clients out of Crossfit Golden Gate in San Francisco.

I offer in-person and online personal training services through AP Wellness and Consulting. But which is better? Is there any reason to go to the gym when you can receive personalized workouts and accountability in the comfort of your own home? I believe there are distinct benefits of going to the gym that you simply can’t replicate at home, such as increased social support. 

 

For some people, however, in-person training isn’t an option—maybe you have a baby at home or live outside of the Bay Area. You still deserve personalized support throughout your fitness journey. Online personal training allows you to achieve results with a plan that fits your lifestyle. If in-person training makes sense for you, however, I think you’ll love the gym environment and having access to cool equipment to support your fitness journey.

60-minute sessions

For the best results, I recommend at least 2-3 weekly training sessions, along with 1-2 home workouts.

In addition to training sessions, I provide nutrition counseling and sample meal plans tailored specifically to you. I’ll check in with you weekly to make sure you’re on track and provide support.

Other personal trainers typically charge around $150/hour for in-person sessions, but they don’t include home workout programming or nutrition counseling. By choosing AP Wellness Training & Consulting, you’ll get the additional support you need to achieve your goals.
