Price can vary depending on your location and your ingredients. This service is only available to residents of the Bay Area, but I also offer online nutrition coaching nationwide. 

You’ll get three custom macro-friendly recipes suited to your palate and nutritional requirements with a full macronutrient breakdown of each meal. Your personal chef will also source and purchase the ingredients before the scheduled class time. After our class together, you’ll get cooking instructions for all your favorite recipes so you can make the dishes on your own going forward.
